A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. Remainder balance is due 2 days before your picnic. You may also choose to pay in full upon booking.

Rescheduling is allowed in the case of unforeseen bad weather or an emergency. Rescheduling must be within 30 days of the original booking date.

Any cancelations excluding weather for an emergency will result in the loss of the 50% non-refundable deposit.

A travel fee will be implemented for locations outside of Oakland, Berkeley, and Alameda. We are willing to travel, so please inquire about this upon booking.
